What are the Side effects:
Like all prescription medications, Cialis may produce some side effects. These side effects are generally mild to moderate in nature, and usually go away within a few hours of use. They include headache, dyspepsia, dizziness, flushing nasal congestion, back pain, and or muscle aches.
How does Cialis work?
Cialis acts in the same way as Viagra, by blocking an enzyme called PDE-5. This is concentrated in the smooth muscles of the penis where its normal function is to inhibit erection by degradation of cyclic GMP, the mediator of erections. Cialis, Viagra and Levitra all inhibit PDE-5 resulting in increased blood flow in the penis in response to sexual stimulation. Basically, smooth muscles in the penis relax and widen and this allows for more blood to enter. As a result, you gain erections faster and easier with Cialis.

What is Viagra ?
Viagra (sildenafil citrate) is a medication that treats men who suffer from erectile dysfunction or impotence. Viagra was developed by Pfizer.
